Jordan Stinson

Leads by Best Example

Over the past ten years he has transformed the lives of hundreds of businessmen and women, bringing them from feeling exhausted, low energy, stressed and uninspired to a whole new way of living in a much more motivated, healthier way all while reaching their business goals and financial targets.

“I believe this is exactly what I’m meant to be doing in life. I love bringing people together, creating experiences they’ll never forget. My parents both taught me that if you’re going to do something, do it right or don’t do it at all, as well as the importance of treating others how you like to be treated. Those basic fundamentals are the core of everything I do. I like to leave people in a better place than they were before.”

Jordan’s energy, knowledge and caring approach ensures every individual can achieve maximum results as a whole person, inside and out. He thrives on connection, on motivation and on shifting the narrative with an ‘everyone or no-one’ approach.

‘There’s nothing like seeing the joy of life come back into someone’s eyes when they begin to feel the change, when they get to know just how good life can be. That’s where the magic lies for me.’

Jordan enjoys travel, experiencing different culture and foods, and is a lifelong fan of Tottenham Hotspur. He has relocated to Sevenoaks in January 2023 after selling his previous business, Just Start Fitness in Northern Ireland.

Russell Stinson

Knows Business Inside Out

He is an experienced entrepreneur, having built many London based firms from the ground up. After a debilitating ski accident in early 2023, Russell found himself in intensive care, with a lot of time to reflect on his lifestyle. As a father of young children, he was determined not to let his health deteriorate in a way that prevented him from doing all the things he wanted to do with his family.

“I realized that preparing our bodies for future incidents, accidents or whatever comes our way is essential. It needs to start now, today. Medicine 2.0 is reactive, whereas getting ahead of our health, mindset and fitness allows us to live life with energy and enthusiasm both today and tomorrow.”

Russell believes in longevity. He brings a wealth of business experience to the EAC, strong leadership and data information systems, and knows the importance of identifying key health, fitness and wellness data points, allowing you to work on improving your health, like you work to improve your business.

I continue to focus on my health, fitness and wellbeing. It has really opened my eyes to the positive impact of pursuing progressive resistance training, as I continue to build strength and muscle. Something I had never thought I would be doing in my 50s!

Russell’s passions are coaching youth football and skiing. He has a wife Hazel and three children, Adam, Oliver and Natasha and currently lives in Sevenoaks.

EAC Chef Stephen

Food…my job, my hobby, and my mistress

I am Stephen Beaddie your in-house chef at EAC. With a 17-year journey through the madness of kitchens and 6 years in my current roll the head chef and Director at Seed Salads, a thriving health-focused cafe, with multiple locations, it’s safe to say I do what I love.

Stephen’s expertise isn’t just confined to the kitchen.

I have a passion for fitness and mindfulness, experiences that fuel both body and mind. I work out hard, and train vigorously with the mantra “the rent needs paid every day”

I’m inspired by the timeless wisdom of stoicism and concepts of eastern philosophy, I’m a thinker, a doer, a challenger of my thoughts, exploring and living an examined life.

Home is in Belfast, with Laura, my love. I follow Man United for my sins. I love the BBQ in my spare time (poorly, but I’m learning)

EAC Psychologist Kelley

As a High-Performance Psychologist with over 16 years of experience, I’ve worked with Olympians, Paralympians, and world-class athletes and teams, helping them perform at their peak under pressure. This same mindset is highly relevant to business leaders. The mental toughness, resilience, and focus that drive elite athletes are equally important in leadership roles. I specialise in helping leaders manage stress, adopt an athlete’s mindset, and elevate their leadership skills. My approach empowers leaders to thrive in high-stakes environments whether personally or professionally.

My journey includes being the psychologist for All-Ireland winning GAA teams and Winter Olympians who have brought home gold, silver, and bronze medals. Whether working with athletes, the support staff or my corporate clients, my relatable approach, strong communication skills, and ability to connect with people have been key to building success.

Beyond the boardroom and the field, my love for travel has taken me to 47 countries, where I’ve learned invaluable lessons on mindset, adaptability, and finding happiness in simplicity. Mental and Physical Fitness and wellness remain core to my life, shaped by my background in competitive sports, and my passion for seeing people achieve their best selves in whatever environment they find themselves in.

With a home split between the UAE and Ireland, where I balance my career and family life, my daughter inspires me to lead by example—showing that wellness is a transformative practice that goes far beyond quick fixes. Just like in sports, success in business and life is about long-term growth, consistency, and have a mindset which elevates you.
